Training plans for adults; first Tri, Sprint, Standard distance, ITU Worlds, Long Course, 70.3 and Ironman  – interactive and managed training plans.

Your ATP training program will start with our athlete questionnaire,  start-up consultation, goal planning session.  This will enable us to formulate a genuine individualized plan.  In the first month we will be working on getting your training zones and thresholds assessed to allow us to schedule sessions for you that will optimise your valuable training time.

Your training plan will be delivered in monthly blocks.  Each week your training outcomes will be reviewed and the following week’s sessions will be adjusted.  This will involve a Skype / FaceTime / telephone call so we can get a feel of exactly how you are feeling and tracking. Our coaches will also review key sessions and give you feed back via TrainingPeaks.

Pricing:  $150 per month for program

You will need to sign up for your own TrainingPeaks premium account.  Once you have the account set-up go to click your name in the top right of the TrainingPeaks main window – go to Settings – Account Setting and add the following email in the coaches box.

You will need a device that will load your workouts direct to TrainingPeaks.  There are multiple devices on the market that can do this and in the first instance, you may use a smart phone, however you will find this cumbersome in the long run.  We recommend using the Garmin Forerunner 935 – you will find pricing on these devices varies significantly.  Please contact us if you need help making this purchase and we can make sure you get the most effective bundle for your needs.
